Subject	AC stopped working

Message	I got in the car today and turned the AC on, but it never got cold. The compressor is turning and I can see the fluid in the line. After doing some search I found the write up on the TSV but also read that that it may not be on manual systems. Also I take it there is no way to do this without draining the system. Once the system is drained should I simply convert to the r13? "Give me a 300ZX Twin Turbo and a three-day weekend in the Sierra Nevadas, and i'll come back with the meaning of life."
